Can I return a product?
​Only products from our webstore are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Items bought from stores such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart etc. should be referred back to the respective platforms for assistance with returns. Check Warranty and Returns for full terms and conditions.

 

What are our shipping rates and duration?
Charges are based on the size and/or weight of the products shipped. A shipping charge will be displayed at the check out page. Some shippable items may require special handling due to their size. Prices may vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location.

Please allow a processing time of 3 business days. Processing time will be longer during/after holiday seasons and/or peak periods.

 

What should I do if my order arrives incorrect or defective?
